Medical Laboratory Department was established under The Decision No. 593/QD-DHTV dated May 8th, 2012 by the Rector of Tra Vinh University
Education Philosophy

“Companion”: Students in the Laboratory Medicine Technique programme receive the education and training with the objectives as a companion with doctors and clinical staff who possess solid knowledge and skills.
“Trust”: Students in the Laboratory Medicine Technique programme receive the education and training with solid knowledge of both clinical theory and consistent skills for the testing performance with high accuracy and reliability.
“Technology”: Students in the Laboratory Medicine Technique programme can approach and be adaptable to advanced and continuously updated equipment and techniques for testing.
